Meet Jo Farr

Personal Change Coach

I made the leap from a professional career in development in a large organisation to setting up my own successful interiors business ten years ago.  Since then I have continued my passion for supporting others through voluntary work.  This inspired me to complete a wellbeing coaching course and most recently an Undergraduate Certificate in Coaching at the University of Cambridge.

My studies and practice have reinforced my belief that when we start to recognise what is good and right with ourselves we are capable of making positive changes to our life, finding meaning and becoming more fulfilled.

Initial Consultation

We start with a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals, challenges, and expectations. This session helps us determine if we’re a good fit and allows us to outline the coaching process.
